Day 1 :

Arrival Tribhuwan International Airport (TIA) and pick up at hotel in Kathmandu

Day 2 :

Sightseeing Kathmandu valley and Trek Preparation

Day 3 :

Fly to Kathmandu - Biratnagar (240m). 45 minutes over naight at hotel in Biratnagar

Day 4 :

Fly to Biratnagar.-Sukhetar (Taplejung) (1800m) 40minutes and trek to Lali Kharka (1900m) 3hrs over night at lodge

Day 5 :

Trek to Lali Kharka -Khesewa Bhanjyang (2100m) 5hrs. over night at lodge

Day 6 :

Trek to Khesewa Bhanjyang- Mamangkhe ( 2000m) 7hrs. over night at lodge

Day 7 :

Trek to Mamangkh- Yangphudin (2150m) 6hrs. over night at lodge

Day 8 :

Trek to Yangphudin -Chitre (2880m) 6hrs. over night at lodge

Day 9 :

Trek to Chitr-Simbua Khola (3000m.) 7hrs. over night at lodge

Day 10 :

Trek to Simbua Khola -Tseram (3770m) 4hrs. over night at lodge

Day 11 :

Trek to Tseram -Ramche (4360m) via Lapsang. over night at lodge

Day 12 :

Rest day at Ramche for acclimatisation and hiking around and then back to same lodge.

Day 13 :

Trek back to Tseram. over night at lodge

Day 14 :

Trek to Tseram -Tamo la (4300m) 4hrs.over night at lodge

Day 15 :

Trek to Tamo la- La-Ghunsa, (3480m.) 5hrs. over night at lodge

Day 16 :

Trek to La-Ghunsa- Kangbachen (4000m) 5hrs. over night at lodge

Day 17 :

Trek to - Kangbachen -Lhonak (4780m.) 4hrs. over night at lodge

Day 18 :

Trek to Lhonak- Pang Pema (5065m.) 4hrs. over night at lodge

Day 19 :

Rest day at Pang Pema for local exploration. over night at lodge

Day 20 :

Trek to Pang Pema- Kangbachen (3900m.) 6hrs. over night at lodge

Day 21 :

Trek to Kangbachen -Phole (3100m.) 6hrs. over night at lodge

Day 22 :

Trek to Phole -Amjilassa (2500m.) 7hrs. over night at lodge

Day 23 :

Trek to Amjilassa- Tapethok (1300 m.) 7hrs. over night at lodge

Day 24 :

Trek to Tapethok- Mitlung (1550m.) 6hrs. over night at lodge

Day 25 :

Trek to Mitlung- Suke to Mitlung- Suketar ( 2tar (2440 m. ) 4hrs. over night at lodge

Day 26 :

Fly to Suketar- Biratnagar 40 minutes .via Kathmandu45minutes over night at hotel in Kathmandu
