Bardia Jungle Safari Overview

Bardia Jungle Safari is the most an adventurous such a beautiful and wildlife in the natural habitat in Bardia National Park. This National park covering the area of over 968sq.km in the least disturbed wilderness spread in Terai, where sal forest and tall grassland have spreaded.Missirvely. This area is concered by Chure hills on the north whereas it is skirted of Geruwa river in the west.

This park offers visitors various species of animals like the Rhinoceros, Swamp  kinds of Deer, Leopards, Jungle Cats, Bue bull, sloth bears, barking deer and languor. Visitors have the higher chances of observe Tigers here and the wild Elephants, where males are considered to be the largest one in Asia.

The famous masher game Fish, Gharial, Mugger crocodile, and fresh- water Ggantic Dolphin etc are available here. Which like the snake species such as cobra, Kraits and pythous whereas more than 250 species of birds including the endangered Bengal florican, sarus crane, species of geese, duck and parakeets and available in the park.

It’s easy to reach there as daily flights and buses run from Kathmandu to Nepaljgunj. To see there the best time would be between Octobers to March. Day 1 : Fly to Kathmandu to - Nepalgunj Airport 1 hour

The visitors transferred to lodge where you will be offered refreshment & be given a briefing on lodge & its facilities. After being given your programs for the day, your  room will then be allocated.15.00: Village tour to a nearby Ethnic Tharu and other indigenous village where you will learn more about the life and Lifestyle of the Tharus and various cast alongside this area.20.00: Lunch Time

Day 2 : Jungle Safari

Wake up early in the morning around 5/6 o’clock 06.30: Breakfast Time 07.30: Elephant Ride. (For an Hour) Visit to Visitor Center, Crocodile Breeding Center & Tharu Cultural Museum.13.30: Lunch Time 15.00: Hiking around the Jungle. An excellent opportunity to see the wild animals, small mammals, birds and waits in the Tower (Machan) to have the wild sightseeing, accompanied by our experienced naturalists and wild life tracker. Excellent photographic opportunities are plentiful.

Day 3 : Tiger Tracking & Bird watching

Wake up early in the morning around  6 o’clock 06.30: Breakfast time 07.00: Tiger Tracking & Bird watching. An excellent opportunity to see a Royal Bangal Tiger and a great many species of birds found in Bardia.13.30: Lunch hour 15.00: Jeep Drive. An excellent opportunity to see wild animals and you will also encounter many other smaller mammals that have made Bardia their home. 20.00: Dinner time

Day 4 : Wild Sightseeing and Rafting

Wake up early in the morning around 5/6 o’clock 06.00: Breakfast time 06.30: Drive to rafting Point 09.00: Rafting start. It is Wild Sightseeing Rafting, this programmer has been introduce to show you the wildlife from the different part of the park, will be stopped in more than 3/4 places and will be taken inside the jungle for the wildlife. Bird watching, Pack Lunch will be provided. 20.00: Dinner time

Day 5 : Departure to Kathmandu

Wake up early in the morning around  6 o’clock 06.30: Breakfast 07.00: Visit to Karnali River for Dolphin sightseeing.12.30: Lunch time 13.30: Departure for onward journey to Nepagunj by jeep and take to flight for Kathmandu.
