Essential items to pack include trekking boots, comfortable clothing, a warm jacket, rain gear, sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, a sleeping bag, toiletries, and basic first-aid supplies. It's also recommended to carry snacks, water bottles, and a headlamp or flashlight.
